Centurion Risk Management – Training Course Refund Policy

At Centurion Risk Management, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional training. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while covering the operational costs we incur when securing your place.

 

💷 Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All course bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. This deposit covers administrative and registration costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, or non-attendance.

The remaining balance (if applicable) is subject to the refund terms outlined below.

 

📅 Cancellations & Refunds (for balance payments only)

✅ Full Refund – 7 Days Notice

If you cancel 7 days or more before the course start date, you are entitled to a full refund of the balance payment only (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

🔁 Partial Refund – 3 to 6 Days Notice

If you cancel between 3 to 6 days before the course, you may receive a 50% refund of the balance or request to transfer to a future course once only.

❌ No Refund – 0 to 2 Days Notice

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date are non-refundable, including both the deposit and any balance paid.

 

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer a refund in the following cases:

• You fail to attend the course or arrive too late to be admitted.
• You do not bring the required ID or documents.
• You are removed from the course due to misconduct or failure to meet course requirements.
• You have already been registered with the awarding body.
• Your place was reserved via deposit only.

 

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

You may request to reschedule your course once, free of charge, if the request is made at least 72 hours before the course start date. Any further changes may incur an admin fee. Deposits are not transferrable between individuals or course types.

 

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds (for balance payments only) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
